On-Line Adult Bible Study Class, “The Twelve - A Study of the Minor Prophets”. The link will be sent by Remind on Sunday mornings at 8am. You can join this group by clicking on the link here to get reminders.

Ignition: Ignition is our new hangout ministry for our high school and middle schoolers. The middle school dates are Oct 13 & 15. Please register here by Sunday so that we know how many students to expect. If you have any questions, you can contact Seth Parnell at 336-482-7793.

AWANA Volunteers Needed: “Thank You” to those that stepped up to help us this past Wednesday. We know that God has folks to fill the positions we need on Wednesdays. Our prayer is that you will answer His call. The blessings will far outweigh the time you give. You can volunteer here or through a Communication Card on Sunday.

Chicken Stew To-Go, Saturday, October 24th, 4-8pm. Please volunteer here or through our Communication Card. We need volunteers for: Decorating Trunks, Parking Attendants, Food Servers, Security, Childcare, and floaters (to assist those who need a break). We also need folks to debone the chickens on Friday morning, October 23rd beginning at 9am.

As in years past, we will be collecting candy to be bagged for the trunks. So, we need LOTS and LOTS of candy!! All candy donations need to be at the church by Sunday, October 18th. This year we are also requesting some specific items for our trunks: moon pies; gummy fruit packets; Rice Krispy Treats; Juicy Fruit Gum; Laffy Taffy; Ring Pops; Sleeve of Gum Balls; “Regular Size” Candy Bars of the following: Snickers; M&M’s; Mr. Goodbar; $1 Million Dollar Bar; Starbust; Skittles; Three Muskateer’s; Milky Way; Butterfinger; Almond Joy With these specific items, the coordinator is planning on attaching sayings such as: Jesus satisfies. You are precious to Jesus. God is good. You are priceless. He counts the stars and calls them by name, etc. WHATEVER you can provide will be deeply appreciated. We are looking forward to seeing the Lord work through this community outreach. This year instead of asking folks to bring whole chickens, we are asking for monetary donations so that Mr. Jimmy can purchase the chickens necessary for the stew. Please clearly mark your envelope or check with CS To Go this Sunday.

New Connections Class: Wednesday the 14th at 6pm. Please let Pastor Phillip know that you will be attending. Attending the New Connections Class is a part of our membership process. You can also register for the class by clicking here.
