Farmington Baptist Church Upcoming Events & Prayer Needs 11-14-2020

On-Line Adult Bible Study Class, “The Twelve - A Study of the Minor Prophets”.  The link will be sent by Remind on Sunday mornings at 8am.  You can join this group here to get reminders.

November 15th, Sunday, please bring your Food Drive Lunch Items.  (4) cans of Tomato and Chicken Noodle Soup, Saltine Crackers, Peanut Butter, Hot Dog Chili, (2) cans Tuna, (2) cans Chicken, (2) cans Pasta, Mac’n cheese, Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup

We will be serving 40+ families that are in need of food assistance during the school Christmas break.  The children in these families attend Pinebrook & NDMS.  Any monetary donation is greatly appreciated but if you would like to sponsor a family, the cost is $125 to purchase food for one family for two weeks.  Please place your monetary donation in one of the Special Offering envelopes that are located on the bookcase in the lobby or by the Giving Boxes by the front entrance of the sanctuary.  Again, any amount designated for the Food Drive is greatly appreciated.

Food Drive Volunteers are needed to help bag the items for each family beginning Thanksgiving weekend and purchase additional food items the week of December 6th.  If you can help with this, please volunteer here.

Ignition:  Ignition is our new hangout ministry for our high school and middle schoolers. The high school students will meet next week on Nov 17th and 19th.  Please register here by Sunday so that we know how many students to expect.  If you have any questions, you can contact Seth Parnell at 336-482-7793.

Budget 2021 Q&A, Wednesday, November 18th from 6-6:30 pm.  Please meet Pastor Phillip in the foyer of the main building.

Members can pick up a budget this Sunday, the 15th, at the Welcome Center from Robin Quinn, the church secretary before the 9:30 and 11:00 am services.
