Events

Christmas Worship Service Practice

Practices for Preschool, K-5th, and Teens continue this Sunday, December 8th at 4:00 pm. ***Please note a location change for Preschool - they will meet in the main building, room A120, which is one of the Sunday morning preschool rooms***

Here are links for each group that will take you to a page containing coordinator contact info., practice times/locations, and the songs with YouTube links. This is a great way for your child to practice during the week.

Community Christmas Food Drive

This is the last week of our food drive! This week's items are: sliced cheese, shredded cheese, margarine, 2 dozen eggs, sausage, bacon, and lunch meat. Also please remember to bring these items along with ANY non-perishable items you have on Sunday! Monetary donations are also great. Any amount is useful. If you'd like to sponsor a family, you can donate $175. Be sure to write "Food Drive" on your check or tithing envelope.

**We need to borrow enough coolers for 55 gallons of milk, 200lbs of hamburger, 250lbs of chicken, sausage, bacon, etc. If you have a cooler we can borrow on December 14th, please bring it to the church this Sunday, Dec. 8th.

**Also, we will stage for bagging all the food collected on Thursday, December 12th, at 7pm. Please come out and help if at all possible.

Small Groups Meet This Week

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

Lottie Moon was sent as a Southern Baptist missionary to China from 1873 to 1912. She saw firsthand the world’s greatest problem — LOSTNESS. Meeting so many people who had never heard the gospel compelled her to write letters to American churches describing the need for a greater missionary presence.

She pleaded for increased prayer and financial support to send and sustain more missionaries. This challenge became known as the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering®. We will collect for the Lottie Moon Offering through the month of December. Please put your offering in a Missions envelope or make a note on the memo line of your check.

Ms. Nancy's 90th Birthday Celebration

You are all invited to Ms. Nancy's 90th Birthday Celebration! The drop-in reception is on Saturday, December 7th, 1-3 pm in building C. NO RSVP necessary, just come on out!

In lieu of gifts, donations can be made to the Farmington Baptist Church TRAC building fund!

Food Pantry - If you know of someone in need of food, please contact Robin Quinn at robin.d.quinn@gmail.com or (336) 422-7272

We are always accepting food and monetary donations!
