FBC Upcoming Events & Prayer Needs 3-10-2022

Men’s Prayer Breakfast, Saturday, March 12th at 8:30am in Building C. This is open to every man of the church.

Help us Celebrate the Marriage of Jake & Elora Caudle! Jake & Elora were married on February 26th. Please help us bless the newlyweds with cards and gifts they can use as they begin their new life together. You may place your items on the table in the lobby between Sunday, March 13th & Wednesday, March 23rd.

New Connections Class, Tuesday, March 15th at 6:30pm. If you would like to know more about how we operate as a church, please make plans to attend this class led by Pastor Phillip. Please meet him in the lobby of Building A.

Ladies Prayer Brunch, Saturday, March 19th at 9:30am in Building C. Ladies we are looking forward to seeing you on the 19th for a time of fellowship and prayer. Please bring a dish to share, if possible.

FBC T-Shirt & Hat Order: Church, we will be taking orders for our FBC t-shirts beginning thru Sunday, the 13th. T-Shirt Colors: Black (Thru size large only), Red, Blue Cost: Adult XS-XL: $16; 2XL $17; 3XL $18 Hats: Colors: Black & Gray (samples available in the lobby) Sizes: Sm/Med, Med/L, L/XL Cost: $20 You may place your order on-line here. Or you can complete an order form Sunday at the Welcome Desk. Please place your completed order form and payment in the envelope and drop in the wooden box. Payment is required at the time order is placed.

Volunteers needed for our Easter Egg Hunt! Our Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, April 16th for Toddlers through Fifth Grade. This event is always so much more than just hunting eggs and candy. Everyone, including parents, will hear the important message of what Easter is truly about. We are in need of many different types of volunteers from guides, actors, food team, a set-up crew, and so much more! Click here for specific details and to sign up. We will also be handing out volunteer cards this Sunday that you can fill out and drop in the black box located in the lobby.

Easter Coffee Shop: We will have our Easter Coffee Shop in-between our two worship services again this year. If you can help us in serving the coffee and handing out donuts, please let us know on your Easter Volunteer Card.

Food Pantry: If you or someone you know needs assistance from our food pantry, please contact Deacon Roger (Ellen) Miller at 336-655-0967.

Tim Harper – health issues; he came home from the hospital Wednesday Hannah Hazelwood’s mother, Joanna – complicated health issues following a stroke Sharon Evans’ mother, Judy Adams - Hospice has been called in. Pray for added strength and faith during this difficult time. Evans family – vehicle issues Jimmy Phipps – Recovery from surgery on March 1st Volunteers to help with Children (Infant-Preschool), Kids Worship, Tech/Sound Booth, Security and Children’s Check-In.
