Events

Awana

Awana will be starting back on Wednesday, September 11th and we need volunteers. For those that are new to FBC or Awana, it is for ages 2 through rising 5th graders, and they meet on most Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:45 pm - 8:15 pm. We need leaders, assistants, and even those who could simply let a child recite a memory verse they’ve memorized. To let us know you’d like to be a part of the Awana team, click here to sign up online or fill out a Communication Card located on the bookshelf of the Worship Center by the tithing boxes.

Awana registration is also open for age 2 through rising 5th graders! If you have a child that will be attending, please click the link below to sign them up.

Pinebrook Elementary Staff Breakfast

Each summer as the new school year approaches, FBC provides breakfast for the Pinebrook staff as a "thank you" for all they do for the kids in our community. It's incredibly helpful when folks donate food and/or help us serve. This year's breakfast will be this Wednesday, August 21st at 8:00 am. If you can donate food, please click here to let Katie Johnson know what you'd like to bring. If you can help serve, you can let Katie know by email, kjohnsonfbc@icloud.com

Move Up Sunday

Sunday, August 25th is Move Up Sunday! All of our new kindergartners will begin attending Kid's Worship in building C. Our rising 6th graders will start attending worship with their parents. Parents of children that attend the nursery or toddlers class, Emily Hamilton, our Preschool Coordinator, will touch base with you when it's time to move your little ones up to a new class.

Sparks Water Day

AWANA Sparks, come cool off with a fun water day! This is for kids starting K-2nd grade in the fall. As soon as the 11:00 service is finished, you can head over to building C. Parents, please send a towel and a change of clothes for your child. Lunch will be provided.

Sign your child up here!

Galatians Bible Study

A new Sunday morning Bible study begins on September 15th. This 11-week study will run through November 24th and will be taught at both 9:30 and 11:00. K-5th and teens will have their own study as well at 11:00 only.

Please click on the link below to let us know if you'd like to attend so we can plan.
