Move Up Sunday, this Sunday, August 27th

Now that the new school year has begun, it's time for our children to move up to their new Sunday morning classes. Here are the details:

Toddlers - if you have a toddler that is 3 years old and preferably potty trained, they can move up to the younger Preschool class located in room A120

Younger Preschoolers - those that are now 4-5 yrs old can move up to the older Preschool class located in room A118

New kindergartners will now attend Kid's Worship in the CWC

New 6th graders will no longer attend Kid's Worship but will now attend worship with their family.

Please feel free to speak to any staff member if you have any questions or concerns about your child moving up.

FUEL & Awana Leaders Meeting, Wednesday, August 30th at 6:30pm

If you will be volunteering for FUEL or Awana this year, meet in the CWC for a meal followed by a meeting.

Deacons Meeting, Thursday, August 31st at 7pm

Awana

Awana Registration is now open for the 2023-24 year! Awana is open for children 2 years through 5th grade and will begin on September 6th. We are still in need of volunteers. There are many ways to help. There are 2 links below with ways to sign up:

Calling all Volunteers!

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace. 1 Peter 4:10

FBC is so blessed to have amazing, dedicated volunteers, however, with considerable growth and two Sunday morning worship services, we need more willing helpers. This registration will give you the opportunity to let us know how/where you can serve. Typically you will only be scheduled for one service time so you have the opportunity to attend the other service with your family. There are many areas to choose from. Please select all areas you're interested in and we'll follow up with you to get you plugged in!

Food Pantry - If you know of someone in need of food, please contact Robin Quinn at robin.d.quinn@gmail.com or (336) 422-7272

We are always accepting food and monetary donations!
