I (Phillip) wanted to let you know that we are going to continue this Bible Study both at the church on Wednesday evenings starting tonight AND we will continue to have it available to stream at 7pm on our YouTube channel. (https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuzfMscgkOF_Ntpfr7J_Bseb9vqNxN5mS )
So a few things about the Bible study being at the church....
First, we will be meeting in the youth's loft area of the main building. To get there - take the stairs that are across from the men's bathroom (a lovely description I know). The study begins around 7pm. Remember, I visit AWANA and FUEL before I come up there so if we start a little late thats why.
Second, we are meeting in this room because AWANA is using the main worship center to open/closing and for T and T (3rd through 5th graders). We have made some practical adjustments because of covid 19 and this allows the kids to spread out a bit more during their handbook time. Also the opening has been moved there because we out grew the Portico. That is also good news.
Third, FUEL will need our space at 7:45pm so we will try to wrap things up and be out of their way by the time they need it. ( If you could throw a chair in the back of your car there maybe times we can meet outside if the weather permits, Ill have a sign at the front doors to let you know of that change when we do it. However if you would sign up for the class here - https://farmingtonbc.churchcenter.com/groups/bible-studies/there-is-hope-1-peter-bible-study I will also send a email to let people know of the change but you have to be part of this group to get that email).
Fourth, if you come to the Bible Study at the church it will be a little different than the one that is online. So don't hesitate to do both.
Finally we do have an additional Bible Study that started two weeks ago that is being taught by Chad Harwell. It is on the Minor Prophets and is called "The Twelve". It is not being taught on campus but is available on our YouTube channel. ( https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLuzfMscgkOF9HCCBBJUD0EtDIr5ciVhyQ )
Grace and Peace,
Phillip Brande.
